Position: TECHNICAL INSIDE SALES PRO (
Two roles, one each CT and CA
Salary: $40-50K base plus commission
Industry: Video Equipment Manufacturer
Location: South Central Connecticut and Los Angeles, California
Our Client is a global innovator of professional high-tech studio camera support, lighting,
and battery equipment used in film, photography, broadcasting, video and medical industries.
They are seeking high-energy, self-starters to join their Sales Team and help lead them to increased sales and earnings.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated inside sales rep who is looking for a growth spot.

Meet Sales Objectives and build Effective Channel Partners
Profitably achieve assigned product/customer sales targets and strategic objectives and prospect for new customers.
Lead joint Channel Partner planning process to develop and implement mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
Work closely with Sales, and Service/Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Coordinate involvement of Sales, Support/Service, and Management resources to meet Channel Partners’ expectations and performance objectives.
Coordinate with Sales in pulling end user demand through Channel Partners.
Manage channel conflict by fostering excellent internal/external communication and strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Provide Sales Support
Develop sales plans; coordinate assigned activities, and produce sales forecasts.
Maintain prospect and customer communication records in SalesForce.
Report quarterly goal performance as aligned with corporate and regional objectives.
Monitor and report regional market trends; identify new market potentials.
Participate in design of regional marketing tools.
Excellent time and account management skills.
Proficient with MS Office and software sales tools (especially SalesForce).
Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills and able to influence customers to achieve quarterly and annual business objectives.
Achieve product technical and applications knowledge as required.
Knowledge of or relationships with Video Equipment channel partners preferred
