The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for providing strategic guidance and execution support of core digital activity for our entire portfolio of brands.  This position reports directly to the Director, Digital and Consumer Activation (D&CA) and will be responsible for the following:
 
What we offer
  • Partner with Director, D&CA to build annual digital marketing strategies across total brand portfolio, including collaboration with brands, agencies and third-party providers
  • Bring the brand strategies & platforms to life through vibrant and engaging communications, with a consistent voice in order to achieve high-value brand objectives
  • Provide guidance, development and leadership for Social Media Manager including oversight of social editorial calendars for brands and driving best-practices for social listening tool
  • Act as digital evangelist educating internal stakeholders on value, best practices, ongoing evolution and implications of activities in various digital channels
  • Work closely with internal digital teams to ensure best-in-class execution of owned brand initiatives and e-commerce “digital shelf”
  • Develop optimization plans for owned sites and e-commerce listing based on analysis of key SEO and traffic information
  • Manage portfolio SEM campaigns across portfolio including assistance in plans for handling multiple brands within the same categories
  • Develop campaign measurement approaches and learning agendas; Assist Digital and Insights team in evaluating digital activity against core KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to advance company digital IQ through constant evaluation of emerging platforms and technologies
  • Support cross-functional Digital & Consumer Activation Team for Omnichannel program executions, with activities including evaluation of retail customer media plans, guidance for paid search, and ensuring adherence to creative best practices
  • Work with brand teams and Social Media Manager on the development of influencer-based programs including brief development, content evaluation and reporting
  • Work with D&CA and agency partners to evaluate new technology opportunities for beta tests
Who we are looking for
  • BS degree in related field
  • FMPG/CPG experience
  • 10-15 years B2C marketing with minimum 5 years focused in digital marketing across multiple activities (e.g. media, search, social, e-com)
  • Content development and distribution
  • Social media expertise
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM
  • Digital Media Planning
  • Working understanding of traditional media channels (TV, Print, OOH)
  • Understanding of media planning basics (e.g., CPM, reach/frequency, etc.)
  • CRM/data-driven marketing know-how
  • Ability to manage/mentor junior team members
  • Post-program analysis - Agency management and understanding of digital shopper marketing a plus
