What we offer
  • Contribute to achievement of P&L, top-line and bottom-line targets.
  • Assist Brand Manager in developing and conducting business analysis for business plan and marketing program justification.
  • Develop and effectively execute all Marketing Plan programs, including consumer promotions, PR initiatives, media and interactive programs.
  • Actively participate in advertising development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback).
  • Communicate points of view effectively, both in writing and orally.
  • Assist Brand Manager with major new product development initiatives, including identifying consumer insights, partnering with R&D, coordinating market research, developing package copy.
  • Responsible for tracking monthly shipment/consumption and competitive activity.
  • Prepare and present monthly shipment forecast.
  • Track and maintain budgeted financial targets for all marketing programs.
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field 
  • MBA preferred for (Associate level)
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, public relations, advertising or other related experience preferred (1-2 years for ABM level)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required 
  • Demonstrated leadership ability 
  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas. 
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word 
  • Solid analytical skills 
  • Solid presentation skills
